Using the service

Tulipans Launcher and the services at mc.tulipans.uy and logs.tulipans.uy are free. By using them you accept these terms. You need a legitimate Minecraft account to play online.

Acceptable use

• Don't upload malware, executables or files meant to harm others. The server rejects executable file types.
• Don't share pirated content or copies of the game, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Profiles and modpacks may only reference mods published on Modrinth or CurseForge; your own files are limited to configuration and small resources.
• Don't use the service for spam, harassment or illegal content, or try to bypass usage limits.

Moderation

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms, with or without prior notice. You can report content from each page or by writing to [email protected].

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to store it and show it according to the visibility you choose (public, unlisted or private), only to operate the service.

No warranty

The software and services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost worlds, data or damages arising from use; keep backups (the launcher includes automatic world backups).

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay. Contact: [email protected]. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
